Dot-Files are visible by default. Either make dot-files inaccessible, or add a developer mode which shows them, or hide only system files, or just prevent user from doing anything with them, unless they're in developer mode.

You can still technically rename the .apps folder... But uuhhhh... It's fine, if you're that desperate to delete your system
